Libby’s Energiser Smoothie (to keep you fuller for longer!)
  1. Start with an unsweetened base
    I love water, or unsweetened nut milks

  2. Add some frozen fruit for taste
    I love blueberries or mixed berries, banana or mango

  3. Add some protein
    My faves are a few scoops of plant-based protein powder + a serve of our Bioactive Marine Collagen Powder!

  4. Add a few handfuls of greens
    Broccoli, spinach, cucumber, celery, leafy greens, whatever you have available! Or one handful of these and one serve of super greens

  5. Add 2 tablespoons of fats
    I love to use our Collagen Nut Butters, but you could also go for coconut oil, avocado, nuts

  6. Add 2 tablespoons of fibre to keep you fuller for longer
    Chia seeds, flax seeds, acacia powder, etc
