Super Fast Protein Breakfast Smoothie

This is one of my top secrets from the fitness world, an awesome go-to smoothie recipe for those days when you just need a quick, cool, nutritious hit!⁠

Start with this must-have base⁠:
  • 1 scoop of our collagen protein powder OR any ‘clean’ protein powder of your choice OR a raw egg⁠
  • 🍌 1 frozen banana⁠
  • 🥄 1 scoop chia seeds⁠
  • 🧊 1 small handful ice⁠
  • 🥄 1 tablespoon Berry Bombshell Nut Butter ⁠

Now add your choice of these:

Experiment ‘til you find your perfect smoothie:⁠

  1. ⁠ADD LIQUID: 250ml (about a cup) of water, coconut water, or milk of choice (could be a plant based milk, just try to avoid those with seed and vegetable oils, olive oil or coconut oil is fine)
  2. ⁠MAKE IT THICK: add 1⁄4 of an avocado, a teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon Berry Bombshell Nut Butter or a tablespoon of LSA mix
  3. ADD FLAVOUR: choose a handful of berries (frozen is great too!), a mango cheek, a scoop of raw cacao or carob powder, a drizzle of honey, a teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg.⁠
