Here's how it works

Consuming collagen has been clinically proven to support younger looking skin and stronger hair and nails, but most people get next to no collagen in their diet because the biggest sources of collagen are things we no longer eat a lot of (e.g. bone broth, fish stock). If your diet is low in these types of food this challenge is for you!

To complete the challenge, all you need to do is have at least one serve of collagen per day, for 30 days. We have 3 easy ways for you to do this:

  1. Take a daily serve of either our Bioactive Marine Collagen Powder or our Collagen Cookies to mix it up (recommended)
  2. Take a daily serve of our Bioactive Marine Collagen Powder only
  3. Have a daily Collagen Cookie only

Our nut butters are a delicious added bonus when it comes to getting enough collagen in your diet. We love it straight from the jar... it's that good!
