Consuming collagen has been clinically proven to support younger looking skin and stronger hair and nails, but most people get next to no collagen in their diet because the biggest sources of collagen are things we no longer eat a lot of (e.g. bone broth, fish stock). To complete the challenge, all you need to do is have at least one serve of collagen per day, for 30 days. We have 3 easy ways for you to do this:
