Yes! You can do this at the time of your first purchase or when any recurring order is coming up via your account or contact us (chat with us via the icon on the bottom right of your screen) so we can sort it for you.
There is a systems limitation currently that means the system will charge for shipping for the additional item if you're adding it with your first order (this won't happen when adding one time items via your account once you're subscribed). The easiest work around is to please contact us after your order goes through and we'll refund your shipping straight away.
Yes! We just wanted to make it as easy as possible and it can be hard to know how much you will really need so if you have too much in the cupboard already it's easy to pause, edit, skip or cancel via your account or contact us (chat icon, bottom right, is best) and we'll sort it for you. Just note that, being a subscription order, you are committing to a minimum of 2 orders. If you don't to commit to a minimum of 2 orders but still want a discount, please use our bundle builder to buy in bulk one time.
No, unless there's some reason we absolutely need to, once you're on a subscription that's your price until you cancel. If this changes we'll of course let you know first.
